Data Deletion Instructions
At AxisVision Pte LTD., we are committed to respecting your privacy and providing you with the tools to manage your personal data. If you wish to request the deletion of your account and associated data, please follow the instructions below.
Step 1: Identify Yourself
To process your data deletion request, we need to verify your identity. Please include one of the following identifiers in your request:
- For Social Login Users: Provide the unique user ID associated with your social login. This can typically be found in your social login provider's settings under "Connected Apps" or "Authorized Applications."
- For Email/Password Users: Provide the email address associated with your account.
Step 2: Submit a Request
Send an email to our support team at support@visiongame.io with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request." Include the identifier from Step 1 in the email body.
Step 3: Confirmation
Once we receive your request, our team will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days. We will confirm the deletion of your account and data via email or through your social login provider’s messaging system, as appropriate.
Note
- If you no longer have access to your social login account or associated email, please contact our support team with additional details to verify your identity.
- Certain data may need to be retained for legal or compliance purposes, even after your account is deleted. In such cases, we will inform you of any exceptions.
